About Coffee TEMP TEMP of the coffee depends on the ambient TEMP, the heat absorption of the cups, pods and S.S filter bowls especially in winter time. Therefore, it is recommended to brew the hot water(without using the coffee capsules) to preheat the cups and pods as well as the filter bowls to allow the machine to fully preheat. Then you will get coffee at the ideal temperature
